Our Pillars

Our mission is to advocate for students with disabilities or with suspected disabilities through high-quality virtual evaluations and services.

Our vision is to redefine excellence in individualized virtual evaluation service delivery.

Our purpose is to positively impact each student’s life and to contribute to the future success of our next generations.

Our Approach and Key Values to Psychoeducational Assessments

Grounded in a biopsychosocial framework of human development, our core leadership team commits to understanding the interactions between biological, cognitive, behavioral, psychological, socio-cultural, and environmental risk and resiliency factors. The fern (nature) and feather (nurture) brand images together represent our commitment to our multifaceted Psychoeducational Assessment approach.

Advocacy [with Impact]

Each session is an individualized opportunity to advocate for a child’s needs. We believe that individualized advocacy leads to positive impact and outcomes.

Innovation [with Adaptability]

Our services are virtually delivered using the most innovative technology and telepractice platforms available. Services can be adapted to individualized needs and to the emerging research in telepractice services.

Ongoing Professional Learning [with Collaboration]

Peer-to-peer consultative practices are implemented daily as an essential method for continued professional learning. Team-based collaboration and peer review processes allow for advanced perspective-taking and precision in decision making.

PASSION FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE

MEET OUR TEAM

Tiana Taylor, EdS, NCSP.

Owner & CEO

Hello and a warm welcome to T&J Psych Services! This is a place where kindness meets expertise, all thanks to our wonderful founder, Tiana. She’s not just the heart of our practice; she’s a caring soul with an impressive background as a nationally registered school psychologist. Tiana’s been on this meaningful journey for over six years, touching lives with her experience and genuine empathy, whether you’re chatting with her online or meeting her face-to-face.

Tiana’s educational path is just as inspiring as her professional one. She earned her Educational Specialist (EdS) degree from the renowned Azusa Pacific University. Her love for learning doesn’t stop there—she’s always exploring fascinating topics like neurodiversity, diving into the world of autism spectrum disorders, and ADHD. Plus, she’s passionate about understanding complex trauma and its effects on our well-being, always championing approaches that celebrate and uplift everyone’s natural talents.

When she’s not being a superhero psychologist, Tiana loves spending quality time with her lively son and her energetic twin girls. Being a mom gives her a special perspective on the rollercoaster of raising kids, and she totally gets the ups and downs of guiding them through their educational and psychological journeys.
